Figured fountain in Gorky Park (Moscow)

Figured fountain was built with the park in the 1930s and earned on the day of its opening. However, in those days the fountain was closer to the Crimean shaft, and it was decorated with a sculpture of a girl with an oar. In 1955 during the reconstruction of the park the fountain was decided to be moved to the center of the parterre of the park. Now here every evening (in the summer at 22:00, in the spring and in the autumn at 20:00) light-music performances begin.
