Art Crawl in a pandemic, October 2020. I was only able to allow on "bubble" at a time into my small gallery and had an outdoor waiting area set up. Attendance was down, but enthusiasm was high.
First roll of an ongoing collaboration with my dear friend and artist extraodinaire, Nicole L-D. I shot the first layer shot in Earl's Cove with a Nikon FM2, mainly indoors, second layer shot in Vancouver with a Superheadz Usagi Colorful UWS by Nicole (@nicoleld). She's not very active here, but she is an amazing artist and photographer who can be found in the film and analog department at Beau Photo in Vancouver. Drop by and check out all of the film and cameras they have in stock. Home processed in Arista E-6 chemistry.
My buddy @rcwater was over to work in my darkroom. I had Solarol mixed so I decided to play with Sabattier effect. These are all darkroom prints -- the film information appears on the scanned negatives also included in this album. All original photos taken in 2011.
I have a love/hate relationship with my Diana Mini. She is so cute, and almost always surprises me with some good shots, but she drives me crazy with her lack of focus and the way she shreds and tears film.

These are from a deserted marina at Irvine's Landing. They used to serve the best fish and chips at the bar, so I do miss it. However, it is very peaceful to shoot pictures.
