We’re in search of a highly motivated, talented, and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Shop Assistant to join our Lomography Manila office. As the E-Commerce & Shop Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing reporting tasks, optimizing marketplaces, and ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of the Lomography Online Shop, including coordinating with our promotional calendar. You’ll work closely with our Online team and other departments in our local, regional and international team to support both our local and international operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day operations and optimization of the Lomography Online Shop.
• Update product listings, prices, and inventory.
• Set up new products with texts, images, prices, and stock information.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns with the marketing team.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to optimize online presence.
• Support customer support teams and resolve issues in online listings or transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Sales & Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, customer support or a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite, especially spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Lomography or passion for analogue photography is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
