My 1st time developing B&W Film

Since this is my first time ,developing b&w film 100% by myself ,i'm getting so nervous until I didn't put the film correctly in the reel and in the end ,the developer doesn't contact the film negative .As a result ,some part are well developed ,and some remained black .

Such a terrible mistake ,and i definitely improving my technique and handling to avoid the same problem . =)
