   I used a free program called 'Gimp' (www.gimp.org/) that you can use if you don't have photoshop. There is a good tutorial here on how to connect the ends of a panorama up like this (www.youtube.com/watch?v=OsfALaRCQwA).

   I'm still trying to get a perfect picture that I can turn into something like this (www.lomography.com/search/planets/1/18149318)!
