Fountain at Winter Palace Garden

At the side of the Winter Palace, main residence of Tsars and currently Hermitage Museum - between the said Palace and Admiralty, close to the Palace Bridge - there is a small "garden" with a small fountain in the middle. Despite the whole surrounding being extremely popular among tourists and locals, it is still very pleasant, with the small benches around.
