Family Picnic

Before we moved to our current house in the countryside, we used to come out to this hill for picnics.

I just remember the overwhelming beauty of fields, and green, and space, and skies compared to the very different delights of London.

I made this Smoked Salmon and Goats-cheese tart! I've never really cooked anything before, but have decided to start learning so this is very exciting as it was actually edible!
