    Second hand shops usually look rustic. The building looks like it was built with this in mind.

    Think it might be an old building. Y'know old enough to still have piles for the foundation... Probably held up better in the Kaikoura earthquake than the supermarket (Countdown) across the road. Countdown still has the cracks in the concrete pad foundation 2 years on.
