This is some administrative #building. It's called Consiliul Judetean Prahova and I would expect it to be something like the #CounyCouncil. I liked its #geometric structures and #straight lines of the #concrete competing with the #colorful romanian flag forming random waves with the wind. Please also look at the air conditioning boxes in the corners of the windows.
