Stepping up to boost tourism prospects in Western Maharashtra, the Pune Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (PMRDA) is now eyeing the green expanse around Lavasa. If all goes as per the plan, the area around Lavasa would be soon developed as a pristine hill station to attact more tourists to this gated city. However this development would make Lavasa accessible to all.
