A tailor who sells alcohol

This is a tailor's shop, its owner just walked away. The sewing machine is very old type that is rarely seen at present. There are two piece of traditional painting on the wall and some garlic bulbs in the bag hanging on the gate. The Chinese character on the label is "Alcohole selling".
