I never learn how to paint

I never learned to paint is a project that began at the end of the quarantine. After spending time walking the streets, looking for subjects to photograph and perfecting the framing and exposure, I realized that you don't need a great subject or great technique. You just need to see things differently to say or create something interesting. And for that there is no better way than to make use of your virtues but also of your defects. That's how I was born, I never learned to paint. A little because the camera is used but mostly because a brush is not used. I am infinitely grateful to Ernst Haas and Saul Leiter fathers of color and abstract photography for educating my eyes.
