Old Kodak HIE, probably not well stored. Shot with R72 filter, but better exposure this time. Home processed in Xtol stock solution for 7 minutes. These negatives are less dense and covered in measles. They print quite well in the conventional darkroom.

    You're right! They do look exactly like mine. I almost want to say that the black spots are areas of reticulation, or maybe the emulsion crystallized in some places? Looks cool. I will need to figure out other ways to use my batch.

    Thanks @honeygrahams224, @guja and @jean_louis_pujol. I believe the spots are due to age and previous storage conditions of the film. I very much like the look, but have no control over it. A silver gelatin print came out very soft and dreamy.
