Old Train Station

This is actually the first roll of stuff I shot from this trip. It was overcast and dreary when we took off. We stopped at the original house of Laura Ingalls Wilder and looked around, met a very sweet donkey, visited a small town train station, and ended up in OKC. It got sunny about that time, lol.

    So this shot, since I had my super wide lens on the Bessa, I had to get reeeeally close to the fast moving train. I think I held the camera maybe 1' at most away from the train. It was going very fast and I could feel it sucking me in (the wind). I also almost fell into the train walking to it to shoot this. It's a shame it was the last shot on the roll and got the firey exposed edge.

    @alienmeatsack not to mention the rumble shaking your inside too. Love photographing trains, been pretty close to many.
