The ruins of Wheal Coates Mine

A selection of shots taken with my nikon f2 . I underexposed them on purpose hoping the more pronounced grain and noise would add to the ruggedness and drama of the location and the weather conditions . The film was stand developed in rodinal 1;100 for one hour , agitated for the first minute then left to cook .

@lomo_analogue_film it isn't. These ruins are near st Agnes on the north Cornish coast, the locals have a nickname for this area- the badlands, its rugged!

@lomo_analogue_film thanks. We Cornish are very proud of our heritage. You like the Poldark series? Have you seen the old 1970s Poldark series or read any of the books?
