HELP -- WHY SO OVEREXPOSED???

This particular image is an example that I could not salvage. The majority of these 5 rolls look like this!!

This album is a collection of 5 rolls of film that were mostly horribly overexposed by my LC-A+. These were the ones that I could salvage via creative scanning techniques. I have a feeling that the shutter is sticking open longer than the shutter speed dictated by the meter, but I have no way to be sure. Does anyone know how to fix this without sending it in to LSI? I hate the idea of $70 to fix something simple . . .

where are you getting this film developed? sometimes the chemicals used could be too harsh for the film so, it may not be the camera at all.
