My mom, from Brazil, came to visit me here in Chile last week. We had a wonderful time even though she was here for just a couple of days. A lot of sightseeing and tourist stuff. Ladies and gentlemen, meet Dora. :D
Apart from being blown away by the Duomo itself, I was astonished by the ability of Russians to balance on the top of the roof wearing high heels, holding numerous Prada and Burberry shopping bags and managing to take pictures with huge DLSRs at the same time.
This is the second color album dedicated to the Expo Night 2015, a public event in Como held in the night of May 30, 2015, waiting for the EXPO opening on May 1st. The first part of the event was an exhibition of the Sonics, a nice acrobats teams (see previuos album). Don't miss also the two previous black and white albums!
Another LC-A+ excursion around the city. This time loaded with V Chrome's blasting Sensia-like tones. I have to say honestly, shooting really gives me the biggest pleasure of all, excluding a few leisure activities. Shooting gives me an unprecedented feeling of total happiness, and that is the truth.
Took the just finished Anscomark M camera for a sunny walk in Óbuda (Budapest). Keeping distance was a maust, as you can see on the pictres. The camera is just amazing. It was only produced for a few (2?) years by Ricoh and exported exclusively to the USA. However one turned up in Hungary just 4 days after I have read about it. The world - especially camerawise - is more than interesting! :) Actually I had the same luck wit an Argus C3 as well. Coming back to the Anscomark: after the shutter and the blades were cleaned and a lose connection correcterd it was operational again. Two things left: a grounded glass to cover the parallax bright frame "lens" is missing and the parallax correction is not working. Otherwise the lens, shuttrespeeds, rangefinder, light meter is simply put perfect. Its pictures are comparable to my Yashica Electro 35 GSN.
