You are not the only one, I've received like 50 of them. I deleted them all. If you want to, we can email Lomography about this, all of us, one email with lots of cc's of people who are constantly being spammed in the last 2 or 3 days. There must be something they can do, since these acoounts don't post photos so we can report them! PM me if you're interested

Some mistakes, I meant "so we can't report them"

Hi @FISHEYEMARY - I sent an e-mail to the contact address at Lomography the day before yesterday to report this but have not received an answer. I suppose I'm not the only one to complain to them, so I assume they are aware of the problem. It looks like all the comments are generated by the same bot system because of the similarity of the comments. Even though I'm not a spam specialist, I would think that it would be very hard to take a specific against because these attackers hide themselves very well. It's like getting hit by an enemy in the dark.

@fisheyemary @johbeil I also received about 20 of them, but I reported every single comment and then deleted them. It has stopped now and it seems that LOMO took action too - whereas I received a notification of a further comment of that nature; it was already deleted by lomo when I clicked on it. Hopefully it is over now.
