The pleasant duty.

Siberia. Summer. Evening. In this narrow street, the pleasant duty of seeing off the sun lies on the golden balls of rudbeckia. #Siberia #Summer #Flowers #rudbeckia #reportage

    Dear CAPTUREME.
Thank you for the emotions, opinions and ratings.
Perhaps you will be interested in my confession: I still use a phone that has a lot of buttons. My phone has, of course, other wonderful features, such as its small size and weight. But perhaps most importantly, he takes terrible pictures. Therefore, it does not interfere with me and does not distract me when there is a reason to uncover the camera. There are no hopes for my phone in these cases. And you probably guess how unpredictable the result is when there is film in your camera! And more, overdue for twenty or thirty years! Therefore, in my photographs there is complete anarchy. But there is something attractive about this... But definitely this not saving money and time and, of course, emotions! Something completely different....

@awa-awa you are quite welcome. and you do capture the magic rather it be phone ,or digital / film! i use my phone often because it’s always handy and i can draw it out more quickly than my camera. also i never want to leave my camera in the hot car as it has been 96 degrees lately 🫠!! i agree with you ,something completely different. it works wonderful!

film is like magic. i do agree, the phone is more time efficient to access for fast shots, and is typically alot more handy and close than the camera, however, nothing compares to the feeling of receiving your scans and prints of your film, and how it is such a surprise from when you snap the photo ,of what you see through your lens finder, so how the photo actually came out. i absolutely love it. so aesthetically pleasing and nostalgic. as i was born in early 1990s, my generation was one of the last that still had film baby photos, and disposable cameras were super popular; as polaroids were fading out. so to see film makes me happy, because everything with the new generations is so digital and smart phones. so the nostalgia of the film makes me happy and remember better times. 🙂

    Dear CAPTUREME.
Watching a French funny and instructive film "Le Sens de la fête" will be a logical continuation of our dialogue. Pay attention to the character "photographer". It is because of him and his actions that I recommend watching this movie.
