Southern Death (Philippines #5)

First ever experience in Manila was checking out the southern graveyard of Makati, the city quarter I was based at. There are a few peculiar things about this place. There are actually people living and working there as it is so big. But I have heard the northern one, is even more vivid (I saved this for my next trip). As space is limited in Manila there is the custom of putting the urnes or cofffins in long boxes. Basically a family buys the space in square meters and builts every new family member on top of the last one. When we entered the cemetery through a strange gate, two brothers started to acompany us, getting a break on repair works they were supposed to do. I asked a few questions and just observed them in their natural environment. And at one moment they started sitting on some graves. That was the moment I was waiting for and snapped...
