• Camera(dream)s wanted!

  I’m a proud owner of over 10 great analog cameras and in january my dream of becoming an owner oft he Horizon Perfekt became true (thanks to eskimofriend!). Since last summer i also wanted to have an original Vivitar Ultra Wide & Slim (but not for 40€ off ebay) and at the last Lomo-Meeting in Vienna i finally got one (thanks to lomolove!). With my Canon A-1, which i got criminally cheap from the internet, i now own all of the cameras i ever wanted to one. I think my 3 favorite cameras are the LC-A(+), Horizon Perfekt and the Diana F+. But we Lomographers never get enough, do we?

• Coolness of Analog Cams

  Often people ask me why i use photographic equipement from "the last century" instead of modern digital cameras? Besides the fun of the 10 golden rules and commandments and developing you films at home, there is another big point, why shooting analog cameras is so much fun: They just have some extra thing, digital cameras don't have.

  Noch vor ein paar Monaten war ich überzeugt, dass Mittelformat bei den Horror-Entwicklungspreisen in Österreich und den Kosten pro Film für meine lomographischen Zwecke komplett ungeeignet ist.
