The Details of Winter

Some photographers say “simplify”. Reduce your photo to the minimum. So we see a lot of photos of park benches, street lights, and similar droll subjects.

I do a lot of landscape. Lately, I have come to realize that a good landscape needs its details. This kind of photo can offer the eye plenty to explore. What you need to focus on are the position of the elements and the clarity of the subject matter.
